NEIL GOLDBERG: Hallelujah Anyway #2

The Elizabeth Leach Gallery invited Eric Fredrickson, Director of Western
Bridge, an exhibition space in Seattle, to select a piece for the December
installment of the video window.

Neil Goldberg is an interdisciplinary artist who’s work has been exhibited since
1992 at venues including The Museum of Modern Art (where it was recently acquired
for the permanent collection); The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum; The New Museum
of Contemporary Art; El Museo Tamayo Arte Contemporaneo Mexico City; and the British
Film Institute.

Currently Goldberg’s video Three or Four Steps through a Shadow will be
shown at Western Bridge in Seattle as part of the exhibition Into Black, from
September 16 through December 16, 2006.

Goldberg's video was shot near his home in New York’s East Village,
capturing merchants opening their storefront gates in the morning.

This piece will be on view through December 30, 2006,
Tues – Saturday from 4 – 6pm.
